E) Delivery and shipping conditions
E.1 The delivery of goods takes place by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive.
E.2 If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This shall not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless Lolo cosmetics had announced the service to him a reasonable time in advance.
E.3 If self-collection is possible, the seller will first inform the customer by email that the goods ordered by him are ready for collection. After receiving this email, the customer can collect the goods at the agreed location after consultation with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
In the event of cancellation, the customer must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The goods are usually delivered on working days within 2-4 working days
